Our version of a classic German Weizenbock is made primarily with German Wheat for its fundamental flavor along with some Munich Dark and CaraWheat for just a bit of color. Expect a slight sweetness similar to that of a handful of trail mix containing a healthy portion of dried banana chips and just a few chewy caramel bites to delight the taste buds. A light body with a satisfying and potent taste, this is a beer you can snack on all day. Prost!
