The haze is so thick and the flavor is so fervent you may feel the impulse to inspect your beer for fresh pulp. Citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit and sweeter notes of plump cantaloupe and apricot are highlighted beautifully by Lallemand’s West Coast Ale Yeast in a way that astonishes the palate with a delightful tangy nectar.
