The Hop Choice is a celebration of all the decisions you’ve made to lead to this moment and a showcase of the effects hops have on a beer. It starts with a simple composite grain bill to give the beer enough body to have the impact it will need without any exceptional flavors that would distract from the hop presence. This is the canvas that allows the hops to shine. For this edition, we’ve chosen tettnanger, hallertau hersbrucker, and centennial, providing notes of lemon juice, gummy worms, and rose petals. We choose only the choice hops for The Hop Choice.
